Chennai
Chennai the new Tech hub. Humid weather. The Masala dosas and smell of sambar in the air. Nariyal Pani. The Marina beach. The sweet smell of Jasmine garlands. The AIADMK and the Almighty JAYA. Shivaji Ganeshan and Kamal Hassan. Temples built for heroines and self-immolation bid for not getting ticket in a theater screening a Rajnikant movie. The Natural Icecreams. The temples. But what about the roads and traffic condition here? Discuss and share.

Question Rear View Mirror Esp for Auto's MTC Buses.

I am not sure about the logic behind a palm size rear view mirror kept inside the auto. There is no way the auto driver can see the vehicles on the sides with uninterrupted visibility.

I think this is one of the reasons, Auto Guys keep cutting the vehicles accross the roads.

Even the older MTC buses have a minute rear views, which can help the driver to only comb his hair.

I think there should be a decent size rear views kept outside the auto's instead of keeping it inside.

I think this is manufacturers shortsightedness as well.

What do you guys think?

I agree with u Mike kept rear view mirror inside the vehicle not very much useful for drivers. Here in Delhi you can also see the same in auto rickshaws and blue line buses.

In our country most of the drivers don’t want to use side mirrors (mainly left hand side) that’s you will hardly see the left hand side mirrors in its actual position (should be open but it is not so) …
