Delhi
The capital, seat of political power, the satta game! Republic and Independence day parades. Golgappes. Punjabi Dhaba khana! Chandni Chowk, 10 Janpath! Cheap affordable housing. HOT SCORCHING summers, COLD CHILLING winters. Pollution. Not very friendly neighbors, Chai in earthern pots! Ambassadors (cars here!). Black Cats! Sonia Gandhi! Road Rage, Traffic Jams, but how good is the traffic sense here?

Steer Delhiites to lane-driving

Documentary to steer Delhiites to lane-driving

A short documentary on lane-driving is the Delhi Government’s latest attempt to ensure traffic discipline. The government will shortly move the Delhi High Court to seek permission to direct all major private and public channels, including theatres, to “mandatorily” air the film.

According to the report, the documentary will be ready in four weeks, and spur a “serious effort to create awareness about the importance of lane driving”. The report is the result of intense dialogue with various government agencies, including the Delhi Traffic Police and NDMC, on the “feasibility of strict enforcement of lane driving”. The report says there was a consensus among authorities on segregation of lanes for motorised and non-motorised transport.

LANE DRIVING !!! SAFE DRIVING
Right prem...When you drive your car you should know where to drive and where not to drive...Most accident occurs due to bad driving means not driving in lane...If you drive in lane as well as follow all the traffic rules then there is no problem...

If we can make traffic laws and awareness programme a compulsory lesson from the High school curriculum so that from the beginning when a Child starts to have urge to learn driving , he or she must be aware of and practice the smaller better-quality of driving.
