From last week I’m seeing a new plan implemented by Delhi Traffic Police to manage heavy traffic from Lazpat Nagar to Maharani Bagh during evening peak hours. According to this plan few traffic cops stands at the end Ashram Flyover (going towards Ashram from Lazpat Nagar) and they allow traffic i.e. from Ashram flyover as well as from under the same flyover one by one not simultaneously but in past traffic from both ways passed simultaneously towards Ashram and caused a heavy traffic jam from Lazpat nagar to Maharani Bagh. This arrangement provides lots of relief between traveling from Ashram flyover to Maharani Bagh but it provides a bit off traffic chaos on Ashram flyover. Finally this arrangement is working well than previous one.

One more thing traffic cops also stand on Maharani Bagh bus stand towards ISBT to force the bus drivers stop their buses only at the allocated place. I am very happy to see that Delhi traffic police is doing something to make our driving easy.
