Delhi
The capital, seat of political power, the satta game! Republic and Independence day parades. Golgappes. Punjabi Dhaba khana! Chandni Chowk, 10 Janpath! Cheap affordable housing. HOT SCORCHING summers, COLD CHILLING winters. Pollution. Not very friendly neighbors, Chai in earthern pots! Ambassadors (cars here!). Black Cats! Sonia Gandhi! Road Rage, Traffic Jams, but how good is the traffic sense here?

Is finger print science fake?

Today I had to submit the application for learner's driving licence to the transport authority. The catch of my right hand pointer finger prin did not match at match point. So they refused to accept my application and returned me with the advice to rub the palms/fingers with oil regularly for a few days and then go back to them with the same application.Necessary fees are already deposited.

Now what is the way out if the same thing happens again? What finger print has to do with car driving?
Please help.

What authority was this? You can file a complaint against them. Go to their website. Look for a page for complaints. Send a registered post to their department with an acknowledgement slip attached so that they can sign and return. You could also file a complaint in the consumer court. Google and you will find everything you need. Good Luck
