| Delhi The capital, seat of political power, the satta game! Republic and Independence day parades. Golgappes. Punjabi Dhaba khana! Chandni Chowk, 10 Janpath! Cheap affordable housing. HOT SCORCHING summers, COLD CHILLING winters. Pollution. Not very friendly neighbors, Chai in earthern pots! Ambassadors (cars here!). Black Cats! Sonia Gandhi! Road Rage, Traffic Jams, but how good is the traffic sense here? |

Incidences of misbehave by conductors and drivers of private local bus services (especially Blueline and whitline buses) with passengers are very common in Delhi. Mostly conductors talk with passengers rudely and always try to charge wrong fare from passengers. They never care about the safety of passengers. You can easily found any Blueline bus fully packed with passengers during peak hours. Sometimes you can see the people are hanging around the gate of buses. Neither bus staff (both driver and conductors) nor traffic cops care about this. You can easily lost ur or purse in such fully crowd packed buses.
Here I think only traffic authorities are responsible for such burst conditions of local transport. Why they allow run such buses on the roads? Any commnet? |

From my point of view...The Blueline buses continue to flout rules and regulations but still ply on the Delhi roads.
Blueline drivers who have been involved in big offences and involved in fatal accidents continue to drive buses after getting out on bail. Action should be taken by the Transport Department and the traffic police against the unruly Blueline buses or their drivers. |

Auto drivers of Delhi are also very smart. If you are new comer to Delhi and hire a auto to reach ur desired destination then there r 2 ways to rent a hire.
First one is...Fix a fare with auto driver before hiring any auto and other one is...pay according to meter of auto. In 2nd case u will find urself in more loss b'coz auto driver will commute u through the longest possible route so he can charge a good amount form u. So newcomers to Delhi plz try to opt first option..
