Call 1095 for Delhi traffic problems in Delhi
For any traffic related problem in the capital call 1095. "A four digit number has been allotted to Delhi traffic police and commuters can easily get in touch with the traffic police," Delhi Police Commissioner Y.S Dadwal told reporters. Dadwal said traffic police has become more vigilant and there was a sharp increase in prosecutions for traffic violations. Delhi Police has also started a motorcycle verification drive in the capital to put a check on stolen vehicles being used by criminals. "We have verified 34,977 motorcycles in the capital so far and have found several riders with fake registration. This will help in checking crimes in the capital," said Dadwal. |
