Definitely picture conveys a very strong message. Just think drunken drivers create problems for themselves after hitting any body on the road but they easily come out form the problem like police case if registered but what about those victims who lost their any body part or may be their life due to that drunken driver. Can you imagine your life after loosing one hand or one leg??

hay ? enforcement of traffic laws will n ot stop traffic violatiosn ? who to care for the vicitms of the traffic accidents. Pthetic ? For none of his fault suffering is not a violence
