shame
The owners and the authorities should be ashamed of themselves. This is abuse and neglect to the animals and to the road user. The cows need fields to graze and not concrete roads. It is also a hazard to motorists. The poor animals are left on their own with no where to go. disgracefull!!!

Why our responsible authorities not start special drives time to time to catch such stray animals. Removal of stray animals from our roads will certainly provide a big relief to commuters.

The condition turns much critical when these animals becomes aggressive and hit anyone on the road. I have an experience about the same; “Once I was riding on my bike and passed very near to a bull that was standing middle of the road and suddenly he hits me and I was fell down on the road but thank god I didn’t hurt seriously otherwise who knows what could happen with me. So be careful when passing from very near to these animals.”
