There are various reasons for the cause of an accident they are as follows

HUMAN FAILURE


FATIGUE
a person can drive/ride for 4 hours continuously after which his/her
concentration on driving starts reducing hence the fatigue takes a toll on
the driving /riding hence accident takes place


I SUGGEST THAT NO DRIVER / RIDER SHOULD HAVE CONTINUOUSLY BE ON THE DRIVERS SEAT/RIDERS SEAT FOR MORE THAN 4 HOURS IF SO HE/SHE
SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST HALF HOURS REST AND THEN CONTINUE HIS OR
JOURNEY

MENTAL STABILITY
when a person is driving /riding under mental pressure such as
1. some bad incident that has taken place like
a fight , bad news , over thinking , wool gathering etc
2. preoccupied mind
3. over confidence of driving/riding

UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICATION
1. when a person is under the influence of alcohol
2. has some drug which can give him/her drousyness

MEDICAL PROBLEMS
1. a person suffering from problems such as
blood preasure, low sugar, neurological breakedown, instable mind
asthima or any other lung or breathing problems
2. a person who is under contionous drugs for hypertension or any other
Ailments which could cause problems both to the physical or mental
conditions should be very carefull
SHOULD NEVER DRIVE OR RIDE DURING THE PERIOD WHICH COULD
CAUSE DANGER TO SELF AND OTHER ROAD USERS

DANGERIOUS DRIVING/RIDING
1. By over speeding / zigzak driving/riding in and around the traffic
2. Rash and neglent driving
a. talking over the cell with or with out hand set
b. listing to music and geting intoxigated in the music
c. talking and driving/riding
d. not planning the route and making sudden turns/changing of the
lanes
e. careless overtaking
f. jumping/beat the signal
g. wrong over taking
h. not following the cautionery signals such as speed breaker/rumblers
dead end of road, blind turns,halt and go road turning right or left
pedestrian crossing caution free turns etc
i. road racing
DUE TO THIS MANY ACCIDENTS TAKE PLACE AND THE POLICE IS HAPLESS HENCE STRICT APPLICATION OF EXECISTING LAWS AND USING THE BIG STICK
AND NOT SPARING THE ROD WILL YELD GOOD RESULT
