Can anyone help me on this?
I am a student of the College of Public Health at the University of Iowa and I am helping my Professor in designing a course on Global Perspectives in Road Traffic Safety. I need some help from you in this regard.
1)How is statistical data collected as far as road crashes are concerned? 2)Who keeps the records and in case of a crash who is the agency responsible for recording details of the crash for future reference? 3)Are there specific definations as to what constitutes a reportable accident or serious/non-serious accident? 4)What kind information does the data provide(as in age,,no. of passengers, type of vehicle involved)? Would anyone of you know the answers to these questions or know anyone who could answer them? It would be of tremendous help if you could. Thanks. |
