Traffic system varies

In our countries system to control road trffic differs from place to place.like:

Traffic Lights
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Dividers on roads
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Lane Markings
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Parking Space
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Zebra Crossing
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Some Safety Related things:

Wearing helmets while riding a two wheeler:
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

Use Seatbelts
In Big Cities- Yes
In Small Cities- No

It is true that traffic problem mainly exist in our big cities but in my views traffic control system should be same through out the country.
