Lightbulb The story of my observations with traffic rules

Traffic rules are least bothered problem for an average Indian, because they have broken it... So lets other also break it..!!
One company recently came up with some volunteers to "help" the pedestrians. And they employed those who never seen a Zebra crossings, neither its use. They split their selves into groups and stood near each road of many traffic signal holding banners. Banners read "traffic rules awareness" in small font and their company name completely covered the cloth (that is not my problem anyway). And now question is what they are supposed to do..?? They were asked by the officers to stop the vehicles not to cross the stop line when the signal is red (they almost come to half of the road, pedestrians have to disperse through them and cross the roads). The funniest part is they were stopping the pedestrians. Zebra was blocked.

Saturday and Sunday NSS students work. They do really good job.

I don't know the situation in Bangalore, but I been to Hyderabad, literally the traffic rules don't exist there... But no big deal. There isn't enough traffic to make this issue serious. In Chennai daily one photo about one traffic rule mockery comes in the news paper in the column "who is ruining my city"
You can always find vehicles moving after a red signal, and they start when the count down counter is still in 4 secs. Yellow light doesn't have any meaning. something seriously has to be done( till i get my bike here...!!!

Nice topic,

I dont know when people will realize that folowing rules will make life easier. Second pont is lack of patience every body is in hurry, cant wait for a sec, if you reduce your speed vehcle behind you will start honking, I really wonder if anyone in blore knows what do you mean by lane driving !!!!!!!

Pedestrians take the full advanage of freedom of traffic chaos. They hardly use over bridges to cross the road.
They cay cross at any part of the road independent of traffic inensity.
