MECHANICAL FAILURE

There are a very few accidents due to mechanical failure

1.BRAKE FAILURE

a.This happens when the vehicle is not maintained as per the requirements
b.If the driver/rider fails to calculate the braking distance which his vehicle
can come to halt
c.As for LIGHT MOTOR VEHICLE/MEDIUM MOTOR VEHICLE/HEAVY MOTOR
VEHICLE the brake oil is not checked at least once a week there are all
chances of the break failure due to insufficient brake oil in it
d. If brake is not adjusted from time to time as per the ware and tare

2. STEERING /HANDLE BAR PLAY

a. If the play is too much due to ware and tare
b. It gets locked
