Career in Road Traffic

Caught in traffic jam and you are sitting angry, and anxious for being late. But have you ever thought of taking up a career in Road Traffic. May be you could change the scenario and there would be less traffic jams in the city.

The Institute of Road Traffic Education (IRTE), a non profit organization was founded in the year 1991. Since the institute’s inception it has been trying to, make a better development in the infrastructure of roads, road safety and proper traffic enforcement. But public participation is very important whenever you are trying to improve the road scenario; otherwise it becomes impossible to bring about some discipline. There are different programs and training programs which enforce quality road traffic education. There are Driver and Police Training programs.

IRTE encourages community participation in Traffic management. If any of you out there are interested to take up this challenging job and make a positive difference in he society you can contact IRTE at the following address and tele number.

What kind of a career are you referring to.

I am my colleague are working on solutions which help solve road infrastructure using a scientific approach rather then based on whim or manual observations. We have already applied for the patent which should be published in a couple months and our pilot system should be up and working for Mumbai in 2 weeks from now.
