Against use of Zenon Lamps
In Bangalore, I have increasingly seen high powered Zenon lamps which are expensive and are affordable for only the effluent rich. Agreed that they enhance the driver's visbility of the road, but it just puts the person approaching the other side to a complete blind. It happens at times for when even when I walk. If it can happen to a person who is not driving, I can imagine this of a person who is driving.
