Thumbs down

Afterall, the central government sanctioned Rs. 8000 crores for the highways of Jammu & Kashmir. We all know none of these funds would be utilized deligently and "road safety" has no relevance with the authorities. Who bothers for human life in India anyways?

Why such accidents happen?

1) Faulty Road designs
2) No signage/warnings on road conditions
3) Poor driving skills. Driving licenses are just issued without any sort of formal driving training. It happens through out the country.

So this will never end. Political paries just know how to condole such accidents but when it comes to doing something, they simly turn a blind eye. Afterall, the leaders travel on helicopters.
