Is it ok to take photos like this?...If yes, I can go on clicking hundreds of pics of traffic violators.I think we should be allowed to take the pics of such violators and send it to newspapers to display them under a separate column.

In Chennai Deccan Chronicle even gives reward for sending such photos. Actually you can see many photos of the violations in my blog.
