But what about Roads and Traffic condition here - A Big Question Mark? |

I will go with "WE" (Option A)
Cross the road in such a manner is very common in India. This picture shows how the people of our country aware about Road Safety and their life. |

I also opted first option...Don't cross dividers...It's harmful to you people...Use subway...flyovers.

really very shameful for us because we (pedestrians) don't know (the proper way) how to cross the roads
