Kolkata
Amar Sonar Kolkata. City of Joy! Trams, mini buses, rosogolla, mishti doi, buses named 12C/32A/29D. Land of Mother Teresa & Charity. Macher Jhol and ubiquitous smell of Hilsa. Horrific sweat, chappals, the 20 paisa (remember that?) Most Nobel laureattes of India. Salt Lake stadium, chaotic, poor, fleeting Communism afloat with hope. Livid theatre culture. But what about Roads and Traffic condition here - A Big Question Mark?

I will go with "WE" (Option A)

Cross the road in such a manner is very common in India. This picture shows how the people of our country aware about Road Safety and their life.

I also opted first option...Don't cross dividers...It's harmful to you people...Use subway...flyovers.

really very shameful for us because we (pedestrians) don't know (the proper way) how to cross the roads

Although it might be time savvy but cost of ur life?
