Worst danger on Mumbai road- Rickshaw - Easy Drive Forum

Rickshaw,Rick or Auto whatver u call it,U can't live without and it's the most dangerous with It.

Well,I'm from Andheri and i've seen most of this cool pan eating,woman staring rickshaw dude and experiencing the worst.

Lets discuss the rickshaw pro's and con's.................

Postive part:
When ur late to work,Or are lazy enough to catch a train or a bus,If u need to go to party well dresses and don't own your own car.Rickshaw is the mode of transport that will strike your mind.U'll find them almost anywhere and anytime.The driver would be rude,might be young and cool or must be a old man.They would listen to you and make sure u reach the destination in the longest time possible to make up with the money,Sometimes u will hear blaring and annoying song that they play thinking that this would cheer up his temprorary customer.One day if they are on strike.Life is the worse day,Cuz u'll be squashed in the bus or thrown out of the train in a wrong station..... This make u think,Life is Bad without rickshaw's.

Negative: I personally hate them,hence i've purchased a bike for myself.But that doesn't stop them from killing you.... If u notice on most of the rickshaw the backlight indicator or the main headlight will never work.Nor would they bother changing it.Traffic cops would never mind catching them unless they feel hungry for money.They would never think twice or mercy you if they run over you.Wheter they bang your car or run over you when your crossing the road or if your on the bike.U can never predicted when will they take a left or a right.Or on which turn will u meet them headon..... But how life is on Mumbai road.That how safe you on are on Mumbai roads...
The reason i've written this boring article is bcuz i seen a man dying on a goregoan link road today,Who was runned over by a rickshaw.I could only see blood and his specs stained by his blood.This makes me hate them even more......

You say what can be done?What is possible to teach these guys a lesson?

I hate them with a vengence. i drive an old maruti so even if I bang up no loss to me. I refuse to pay them even a single paisa on the one occassion I tapped into a rick walla. thought his dadagiri would work on awoman. I just switched off my engine and told him (expletives******)lets go to the police station and you can claim from my insurance wont pay. you dont want to move your cockroach from the road let the police come. I neverlet them push their dirty front wheel ahead of me when they want to turn illegally.

Though I do not swear otherwiseEVER them I give the choicest of galis and that irritates the bhaias most a woman giving them galis!

I actually look forward to rickshaw strikes so can drive peacefully.

EWven when I travel in a rick will give them galis if the overtake wrongly and fight with car wallas.
I take no crap from bihari U P rickwhawalla. their indiscipline in their gaon not my sheher.

I more thing I want to add here..that they can stop anywhere to pick the passengers without caring the other moving traffic on road....

Sometimes such situation turns into an accident b'coz the traffic which is running behind the auto doesn't aware about unsystematic stoppage of auto.
