Hi All,

I just came to Mumbai for some days, I live out of India. I knew the traffic condition and everything from India but yesterday it was the worst. I would have been died in a side collision with a star bus.

Could anyone direct me how to log a complain against that bus driver. Of course I noted the bus number.

Incident: I was in taxi and the star bus was pushed us badly and came from second lane to third lane. My taxi had to just stop the vehicle to avoid any kind of accident. After crossing us in 200-300 meters the bus stopped in a bus stop where the bus was stopped was on the mid road. I guess he even violated the rule of stopping the bus in bus stop. I asked the taxi driver to block the road for the bus as I wished to have a chat with the same bus driver. He was so incredible to say "there was one car at his left side so he had to push us". It was a complete lie. I saw while over taking he came from back and there was no car at his right. Anyways my driving sense says it is not even permitted to over take like that.

Kindly guide me how and where to complain against such bus drivers. If this is the situation honestly I will think twice to come back to Mumbai.

Note: If we don't stop each incidents like this punishing the reckless drivers ppl will be always intend to keep on doing the same.
