I request Government of India to put a bann on manufacturing
loudy horns and pass a new G R to remove such horns from
all the vehicles which is affecting public health and issue new smooth
horns to avoid future health complications of all citizons of India.

This it self will bring descipline in traffic mainely for cars and bikers.

There should be limit to the horn decibals and RTO is not playing any
favourable roll for the citizons of india rather than collecting REVENUES
for Govt.

Bann on this manufacture itself will bring limitation to the drivers
and automatically purpose will get served.

This is going to be serious health problem to all citizons in India.

RTO shouls take note of this point and act accordingly in MUMBAI.
